Our barbecue is bound to impress at any event
We work out a menu that will suit you and your guest, taking into account dietary requirements, allergies and so on. Once you have decided on a menu, we work hard to ensure that you are getting the finest cuts and freshest dishes available. We make all our own burgers and sausages, which are known locally and have proved very popular with our clients.
Our homemade coleslaw is a favourite and we often get requests for our recipes! When you get Liam’s Barbecue, Catering & Gourmet Food you can be assured you are getting the best. There are no frozen bulk bought products, everything is made fresh. This really comes across in the food we prepare and one of the reasons behind the success of the company.
Our barbecue comes complete with a chef, who will expertly cook everything to your liking. Choose form burgers and ribs, or if you fancy something extra, opt for our juicy steaks and tasty salmon. We provide a range of salad dishes, including coleslaw, egg mayonnaise, pasta dishes and much more. For those who prefer something spicy, we can prepare fresh chicken curries, all using our own recipes we have gathered down through the years.
OEach and every menu we do is unique, as all our clients have different requirements. We have a sample menu below, to give you an idea of what we can do. We love hearing your ideas and almost always have a recipe for what our clients want. On the off chance we don’t – we have a network of chefs who we work with to create new dishes.
