The company was founded by Liam, who is a retired butcher, with over 40 years’ experience in the trade. This experience means that Liam knows all the best cuts and recipes, which he has gathered down through the years.

Liam's Burgers & BBQ has catered to a vast range of clients and customers such as companies like Glanbia ,Schools and colleges like the Presentation and Mercy along with sporting clubs and field events, weddings and after weddings and a range of other party occasions.

Menu

All the meat used in the business is locally sourced. The pork comes from Liam’s own farm, the beef from a local Bord Bia approved farmer, and all the eggs etc. are free range, from our own farm.

At Liam’s Barbecue, Catering & Gourmet Food, we provide both a barbecue service, where we come in and cook for you and your guests, or we can provide you with hot trays of food which are ready made and delivered right to your door. We have hot food containers, ensuring your food gets to you as hot as when it leaves our kitchens! If you have an idea in mind, simply let us know.

We love creating new dishes as well as supplying you with all the old favourites. Using quality produce has been part of the success of the business, with customers enjoying the fresh and unique recipes. Time is never an issue, you let us know what time you want the food served and we look after the rest.
